Your standard 10’ x 10’ exhibit booth includes:

  • 8' high backwall drape
  • 3' high sidewall drape
  • 1- skirted table (per  booth)
  • 2- chairs (per booth)
  • on-site materials handling

Exhibit Installation Services Inc. is pleased to offer you the following convenient services: 

Materials Handling and Transportation


Exhibitors are responsible for the shipping, handling, set-up and take down, and all other expenses associated with their display. There are two ways to handle your display:
  1. On-Site Materials Handling (no charge to exhibitor)

Bring your exhibit materials with you the morning of Careers Day 2010. If you choose to bring your materials you will need to unload at the west-end door of the Butterdome, entrance off 87th Avenue between the Butterdome and the Varsity Parking Lot.


  1. Advance Materials Handling (charges apply)

Ship your exhibit materials to EIS. We will receive your materials up to one week prior to the show, hold in temporary storage, deliver to your booth location the morning of the fair, remove at the end of the fair, and coordinate the return shipping.    

PLEASE NOTE:  No Advance Shipments to the U of A Butterdome Allowed Prior to Show Move In

  EIS can also provide you with any other display materials you need for your booth at this show, check under the order forms  or contact our office.
